Neon Drift Circuit
★★★★★ 4.5
Neon Drift Circuit doesn't pretend to be a simulator. It's pure arcade joy, all long neon corridors and drifts that fling sparks everywhere. Steering is handled by tilt or on-screen buttons, and both feel responsive, though I settled on buttons for the tighter tracks.
The whole game is built around the drift meter. Hold a slide and your boost charges; chain drifts through a sequence of corners and you fill it fast enough to blast down the next straight. It's a simple hook that gets its claws in you quickly.
Track variety is strong and the sense of speed is genuinely thrilling. The car handling can feel floaty at the very top tier, but by then you're chasing leaderboard times and won't care much.
